Step 1: Warm Welcome

Upon arrival for your fitness assessment, our friendly staff will introduce you to our owners Joe & Anna, and warmly welcome you to our studio. We'll take the time to understand your fitness goals and get to know you, ensuring you feel comfortable and excited to start your fitness journey with us.

Step 2: Measuring Your Baseline Fitness

Joe and Anna will guide you through a series of assessments that will help determine your starting point and identify areas where you can improve. These assessments include body measurements, strength and flexibility tests, and a discussion of your exercise history and fitness goals. This information will be used to create a customized workout plan that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences.

Step 3: Exercise and Movement Screening

During the movement screening, Joe and Anna will guide you through a series of exercises to assess your fitness level, mobility, and cardiovascular health. These exercises may include bodyweight movements, TRX exercises, and a cardio warm-up. Please keep in mind that the purpose of this assessment is to better understand your fitness needs and abilities, not to give you a hard workout.
