Dumbbell Front Squat

This is the perfect exercise to challenge your rack stability for the Front Squat. The Dumbbell Front Squat can be quite humbling when it comes to weight due to the added stability requirement of the dual weights.. The key elements of this movement is staying in an upright position throughout the squat by maintaining a neutral spine and keeping the chest and elbows up.
Focus on keeping the knees facing outwards, bracing your core, and executing the concentric (upward phase) by driving through your heels.

Some benefits of this multi-joint movement is its foundational biomechanics that prepare you for other lifts, it’s easier on the back and knees, it builds quad and core strength, as well as it helps develop better mobility and posture.
