Standing Filly Press

This is the perfect variation of an overhead press to add to your push day. To perform this movement we take a shoulder-width stance and hold the dumbbells in a front rack position. Then a single arm does an Arnold Press executing full supination and pronation through every press, while the other arm holds proper rack position.

This is a great movement to work midline stability, overhead position, shoulder strength & mobility, rack strength, and scapular endurance.
